Thank you for being so vulnerable. By the time I got to the end of this post, I was smiling ear to ear! I truly believe in manifestation. Everything my husband and I have manifested and meditated on has happened (of course, with us pushing a ton and not giving up). Now, that doesn't mean they came in the form we were hoping for, but they came. I'll come back to this post to remind myself that things will happen.

I love everything about this, your belief, your persistence, and the way you stay open to the unexpected. That’s the true spirit of manifesting. It’s so encouraging to hear how it’s all been unfolding for you and your husband. I’m grateful this post can be a place you return to when you need a little reminder.

With you every step of this post .. I was washed up on the beach of life twelve years ago, having stumbled and crawled though two very different abusive marriages. I had little respect or love for myself.. it had been screamed and beaten out of me. Yet five years later I discovered a similar way to re programme my mind and it’s been transformational. I started with the “I am … “ phrases and worked through the old stories etc until I started to love and believe in myself.

I’m now a totally different person. It works. I’m living proof as are you.

Thank you for sharing your story and your family is just beautiful. I always say there's something about a story that helps us to connect with its meaning and see parts of ourselves revealed within it. This resonates deeply with me in so many ways. I used to have a daily gratitude practice that I have gotten away from. Your story reminded me this is something I need to revisit.

I know exactly how you felt at rock bottom. I had a similar journey but I was younger, barely an adult - escaping my childhood and everyone I had ever known to restart my life in peace. It takes a lot of bravery to start again and it is hard. Head over to my Substack @authorblogger and check out my journey, or go to my website: www.elizabethwoodsauthor.com
